Rogers McCagg Architects is delighted to announce the completion of the renovation of the pool facility (View more on our Club Matrix).

The building, originally built as part of an IBM conference center in the ‘50’s, was purchased by the Village of Sands Point along with a historic Guggenheim mansion in the ‘90’s but had not been regularly upgraded and no longer effectively served the community’s recreational needs.

Working with Village representatives over a period of two years, we breathed new life into the entire complex- changing rooms, snack bar, bar and outdoor dining and gathering areas to make it a state-of-the-art facility and once again a center of community activity.
