Rogers McCagg’s most recent renovation includes the new six-lane pool with a diving well accommodates competitive swim meets and water polo, while the stepped shallow zone offers a perfect space for family enjoyment. Complementing this upgrade, a significant redesign of the pool area and outdoor dining spaces introduces a new boardwalk that seamlessly connects the clubhouse to the pool and beach. The locker rooms have been refreshed. Several new seating areas with fire pits, along with an updated outdoor grill and bar, enhance the member experience.
The 8,000sf addition to the clubhouse introduces a segmented façade to better mitigate the tight view channels within and around its congested site. This unique massing along with a play on “pavilion” and “neighborhood friendly” architecture harkens back to the whimsy of boardwalks and beach pavilions while accommodating a state-of-the-art facility whose program is centered around function and flexibility.
